Very happy with the service and attention to detail with Jeff at Tri-Pacific. Would definitely recommend working with him. He was very accommodating to our busy schedules, explained the process A-Z, and even handled the post inspection himself. I had never fumigated before and was really looking for someone I can trust and someone who would give me a good price. Thank you Jeff!

My realtor had suggested a different company but when I read their reviews I said no way. I found Tri-Pacific and am so glad I opted to use them. High 5's and a 5 star rating for Jeff (the owner), Andrew and Carlo they are all top notch.

Every member of the Tri-Pacific team is totally professional and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to walk through all of their findings and explain exactly what needs to be done. As it happened, I had already gotten an estimate and inspection report from another termite company. Tri-Pacific confirmed the other inspector's work and did all the required remediation for about half the cost.

Then after the job was done, Jeff, the owner, called me up make sure I understood small moisture issue that, although not urgent, might warrant some further attention. To help me understand it better, he offered to send a man out, free of charge, to go back to the crawl space to take photos. Now how awesome is that!
